The prices below are for a single support incident. A single support incident does not include training.  We will help you over the phone with the particular problem.  If you need training please contact our sales department for specific information and prices.

Single Incident Support with voice and internet connection.  Incident may take several calls. Does not include repair of database files.  Non refundable purchase. $59.00
Data repair - with single incident support. We will attempt to repair your datafiles if damaged.  If we're unable to repair your data files then we will refund you $75. $79.00
