The daily task data entry screen enables you to assign a task to everyone and prioritize the tasks.  Note that the notes can contain embedded URL links.

New powerful filtering functions give you more control over what is actually displayed on the calendar.  Filters include category, who is assigned to the task, who the task is from, the subject contents, priority and private flags:
