Question Title When Contact Plus opens Word it comes up with a "Visual Basic Error Ambiguous Name detected TmpDDE"
The solution is simply to clear out the TmpDDE macro by following these instructions:

  1. Run Word
  2. Click on the Tools menu
  3. Click on Macro
  4. Click on Macros
  5. Locate the tmpDDE macro. It may be in the Organizer in the normal.dot macro file.
  6. Delete the tmpDDE macro
  7. Exit Word
