How do I list my contacts at the same company in order? How do I list my contacts at the same company in order? I have several contacts at the same company but with different last names. Contact Plus will sort your contacts on as many fields as you want. Create an index using 'Company name' as the first field and then 'Last name' as the secondary field on which to sort. This way, all of the contacts at Acme Incorporated will appear in order. To create an index click on F10 from the main tool bar.
