How do I make a backup with Contact Plus Professional? If you click on the Start button, then All Programs, then Contact Plus Professional, then Tools you'll see an option to make a backup.  The backup program can make a backup to a hard drive or USB jump drive.  It cannot backup directly to a CD-ROM or DVD.  To make a backup to a CD you need to backup first to a folder on your hard drive then later you may burn the backup files to the CD using your CD burning software. The backup program will zip up all of your data and forms/letters and place them into a single file that can be copied or burned to other media.  We recommend that you make backups on devices other than your primary hard drive or network file server.
