When Contact Plus opens my Word program it comes up with a "Visual Basic Error", "Ambiguous Name detected TmpDDE" When Contact Plus opens my Word program it comes up with a  "Visual Basic Error", "Ambiguous Name detected TmpDDE" If I click on OK then I have a blank Word screen. The solution is simply to clear out the TmpDDE macro by following these instructions: Run Word Click on the Tools menu Click on Macro Click on Macros Locate the tmpDDE macro.  It may be in the Organizer in the normal.dot macro file.
