What is the difference between a form template and a generated letter? |
A form template is the boiler plate from which future letters will be created. It appears in the list of form templates when F6 is presed. It contains the mail merge
codes such as {{FirstName}} where information for each contact is inserted.
A generated letter is a letter that has already been merged with a contact record.
