How do I transfer data files from one computer to another? If you want to transfer data from one machine to another, run the Backup procedure on the first computer and then run the Restore program on the second computer. IMPORTANT Note that ALL databases on the second computer will be overwritten in this process. To synchronize data from one computer to another you can upgrade to Contact Plus Professional and Smart Merge. Smart Merge with Contact Plus Professional will enable you to synchronize all changes including new and updated contacts, events, notes between two machines that are not on a network.
