This is related to the security settings within Internet Explorer. When launching to your web calendar using the LAUNCH button you'll notice at the top of the screen on the browser you'll see a thin yellow bar that will state:
To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options.
Click on the yellow bar and ALLOW BLOCKED CONENT. The calendar will be formatted properly. Note that this only happens on local files running from the C drive. You'll need to click on the yellow bar each time you launch to a NEW IE window for previewing your calendar. If you keep IE running you'll only be prompted the first time you launch.
Note that Web Cal Plus does not produce any code that could be harmful to your computer. It uses JavaScript for some of the popups and to cloak email addresses. The output calendars are perfectly safe.
To permanently turn off this security measure in Internet Explorer click on Tools menu, Internet Options, Advanced Tab. Scroll down to the SECURITY section and check the option to ALLOW ACTIVE CONTENT TO RUN IN FILES ON MY COMPUTER.
