Name and Comment

Specify a descriptive name for the template. The name can be as long or as short as you like.

Then, type in any helpful notes or descriptions in the space provided. A good idea is to copy and paste one of the formatted e-mails into this space, so when looking at the template later you can easily see its format at a glance.
