Subject Line

E-mail Harvester needs to know which e-mail messgees it should look at to determine if the information should be added to Contact Plus Usually if you are receiving e-mails that are automatically generated, they will have a particular Subject to distinguish them from other e-mails.

If the Subject is always exactly the same, then choose the "Matches exactly" option and type in the Subject exactly as it appears in the email.
  

If the Subjects are different but begin with the same phrase, such as Sales Receipt #02034, Sales Receipt #10562, Sales Receipt #08113, etc., then choose the "Starts with" option and type in the phrase exactly as it appears.
  

If they're different but have the same phrase somewhere within the Subject, such as 10-24-99 Sales Receipt #13212, 11-03-99 Sales Receipt #14763, 11-15-99 Sales Receipt #16002, etc., then choose the "Contains" option and type in the phrase exactly as it appears.
