There's so many choices of Contact Plus software. How can I know which version
of Contact Plus is best for me?
We suggest starting out small and then upgrading as your needs progress. The
best part about Contact Plus contact management software is that you can grow
with Contact Plus as your business grows. Plus you get a discount for your
previous purchase and your data converts to the new version.

What about Customer Support? What if I need to talk to someone?
In addition to extensive documentation and help screens, Contact Plus
Corporation provides free Voice Support on toll telephone lines for registered
users for a specified period of time depending upon your product. After this
time you may purchase Extended Support, help/desk email support is provided
without charge. For specific information see Support.

How do I get updates?
Minor revisions (updates) of products (i.e., 2.2 to 2.3) are available to
download on this web site for up to a year after purchase. After the year
there is a charge for updates. See Updates
for more information on updates of Contact Plus.

How much are updates?
Minor revisions are free of charge to download from the
Updates page within a year of the initial purchase. After
the year, update downloads require a nominal charge. Multi-user
network upgrades are higher.

What about the network version? Can I upgrade to it from a single user?
If you're upgrading the LAN Windows version, a conversion routine will
convert your data easily. The conversion is included with the Windows version.

I have used the demo/sample version for awhile. Do I have to re-enter everything
I've put in if I get the registered version?
Purchasing a registered version does not affect your data files in any way.
The registered version gives you new and updated program files --all of your
data files are the same and will not be affected by getting the registered
version of the software.

How do I order? Can I download the software from here?

or via internet order. With a major credit card you can purchase and
download Contact Plus products directly from the

I have a list of contacts and information in another program. Can I pull those
files into Contact Plus?
Absolutely. All Contact Plus versions can import typical information, such
as name, address, phone numbers, dates, user fields, and the like. This
information is usually in one of several "file formats" such as ASCII or dBASE
files. Most database programs allow you to export the data into one of these
common formats. See your program documentation for more information.
